Oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, mixed media, graphics, photography, and sculpture (must provide appropriate base) No Crafts

NUMBER of WORKS
One piece of work, this is a non-juried show, size restrictive.
SIZE
Up to 625 total square inches
(measure your entire piece including frame, height x width)
No wet paintings, or work requiring special installations or handling.
All work must be wired and ready for hanging.
Sculpture, no larger than height 25 x 15 x 15 (Sculptors must provide an appropriate base).
We reserve the right to safely secure or place out of reach delicate/precarious sculpture.
Water Mill Museum reserves the right to refuse any work that does not conform to these conditions.
LABELS
Affix enclosed labels to your work in advance. Attach firmly one label to the back and one lightly to the front (to be removed).
INSURANCE
Water Mill Museum cannot insure work or be responsible for loss or damage, however all reasonable care will be taken. You will be asked to sign a form releasing Water Mill Museum from responsibility for losses. You may wish to retain your own insurance.
TRANSPORT
You must arrange to deliver and collect your work from exhibition.
Bring work to Museum on June 12th & 13th between 1 and 4 p.m.
Pick up work at close of exhibition, July 11th between 4 and 5 p.m. No early pick-ups.
COMMISSION
The Water Mill Museum retains 30% commission on all sales. Please note selling price on card.
No POR permitted.

BIOGRAPHY
Please send or bring a recent biography to be included in a resume book displayed at the exhibition.
